Ecology: Groundfish coral or rocks. Feed on fish and squid.

Geographical Distribution: Occurs in tropical western Atlantic, off the Brazilian coast occurs in the northern region to the southeast.

Description: Body brown with grayish spots long rounded, with red or orange. Caudal fin, anal, pelvic and soft part of the dorsal fin with dark margin.
